Client: Discovery Channel - Read Testimonial - Discovery Website
Project: Storyboards for the Original Discovery Channel Series "Firehouse ".
Objectives and Process: Create an exciting series of storyboards to illustrate scripts for on air promotions. Conducted research on dress, equipment, and uniforms to add authenticity to the illustrations. The storyboards were presented to the President of Discovery Channel for final approval before being converted to animatics by the production department. Received scripts through email. Boards we drawn with HB, 2B and 4B pencils then scanned on to the computer. In Photoshop the contrast and brightness was adjusted to really give some pop to the drawings and then headers and text were added. Finals were delivered as print quality grayscale JPG's by FTP.
